Description of Services: This program is provided in a Community Withdrawal Management (Detox) unit to assist with voluntary withdrawal from alcohol and/or other drugs with individuals who are under the influence of these substances, and/or in withdrawal, or otherwise in crisis directly related to these substances. Individuals will be monitored with medical supervision. Individuals must be evaluated to ensure the safety of care within a non-hospital environment. They will also be: independent with activities of daily living (ADL) must be medically stable and not acutely intoxicated, communicative and able to consent to treatment services that may be provided with or without the aid of drug therapy and/or other medical interventions.
