Description of Services: Provides the skills for living productive and satisfying lives * work to break down the barriers (physical or mental) that make it difficult for people to carry out everyday activities * services include:

  • hand therapy
  • orthopedics
  • splinting
  • burns
  • ergonomic assessment
  • fall prevention education
  • cognitive assessments and therapy
  • stroke rehab
  • screening for return to driving
  • mobility / eating
  • upper extremity rehab
  • Acquired Brain Injury(ABI)
  • activities of daily living
  • MVA rehabilitation
  • concussion treatment


  • Provide education including:

  • task modification
  • pacing
  • pain management
  • energy conservation
  • body mechanics
  • posture and cognitive compensatory approaches
  • Requirements
    Fees: One-time fee: Hospital Funded $40 and Hospital Funded Day Program (Stroke and Neuro Clients) $60 and Hospital Funded Falls Program $60
