  • self care

  • perceptual-cognitive assessment and treatment
  • post neurological event assessment and treatment (CVA, head injury, MS)
  • multi-sensory stimulation for long stay patients/clients
  • assessment and authorization of mobility devices such as wheelchairs, walkers and scooters
  • fabricate hand and wrist splints
  • hand therapy post surgery or for conditions such as tendonitis, carpal tunnel and arthritis
  • education in joint protection and energy conservation
  • home modification recommendations
  • mobility and seating
  • offers ongoing treatment

Fees: Most fees are covered by OHIP * Assistive Devices Program (ADP) wheelchair assessment $50, walker ax $35
Application: Medical referral required for OHIP coverage
